Family Engagement Liaison at Voyager Middle School

Welcome! My name is Olga Mantilla, and I support students and their families as the Family Engagement Liaison here at Voyager Middle School. I have worked in the Mukilteo School District since 2017.

What I find meaningful is talking to, connecting with, and helping students and their families in achieving the best academic and emotional experience possible while at Voyager. Communication with your school is key to your student’s success and my job as a family engagement liaison is to facilitate those connections when needed with your school’s administration, counselors, teachers, and Student Support Advocate. I am also available to connect you with resources within the community.

¡Bienvenidos! Mi nombre es Olga Mantilla, y apoyo a los estudiantes y sus familias como el Enlace de Participación Familiar aquí en la Escuela Intermedia Voyager. He trabajado en el Distrito Escolar de Mukilteo desde 2017.

Lo que encuentro significativo es hablar, conectarme y ayudar a los estudiantes y sus familias a lograr la mejor experiencia académica y emocional posible mientras su estadia en Voyager. La comunicación con su escuela es clave para el éxito de su estudiante y mi trabajo como enlace de participación familiar es facilitar esas conexiones cuando sea necesario con la administración de su escuela, consejeros, maestros y Defensor de Apoyo Estudiantil. También estoy disponible para conectarlo con recursos dentro de la comunidad.

Our HOPE Bags program is request based with a goal to send temporary help to Voyager families struggling with meeting basic needs. You can request HOPE Emergency Bags by completing the form through ONE of the options below:

Pick up a paper form from Voyager’s front office. Return completed form to front office.

Schoology for Guardians / Qmlativ Access

Schoology for Parents

Schoology is the daily software used by our district to assign and post assignments or other important announcements.

We encourage all parents/guardians to create a parent account in Schoology. Great way to stay updated on your student's grades, homework and important school or classroom updates.

To create an account, go to Schoology / Schoology for Guardians and follow these easy steps:

Call Voyager Middle School at (425) 366-5300 and ask for your Schoology parent access code.
Go to schoology.com, hover on "Sign Up" in top right corner and click on the drop down menu option of "Parent."
Type in your access code and click continue.
Fill in your name and other basic personal info.
